"Amy is top quality!! She can deal with any situation, small or big, at any time, and make you feel that progress is being made! Once again, Amy excels, I would say, in all of the qualities necessary as a person and a sales person. Amy exceeded in all the every aspect regarding the sale of my property. The entire experience was definitely stress-free strictly as a result of AMY and HER TEAM!! Amy's team is as excellent as she is!! I know she would only pick the best and so she has!!!"

"Amy Mosely is top notch and I would highly recommend her. We met with Amy and she didn't pressure us at all into listing our home. She is very personable and very easy to talk to which made our decision simple to have her be the one helping us with the sale of our home after living in it for 21 years. I know it was challenging in todays market and dealing with 35 offers kept her and her team really busy after the open house so we appreciate all the hard work and long days she took to take care of us and help us choose the right family for our home. Thank you Amy for EVERYTHING!!!"

"After years and several failed attempts to sell our vacant land in San Clemente, we found Amy. Amy was exactly the approachable, knowledgable and professional agent we needed to get the job done. Amy had a very thorough understanding of the local market, the buyer's pool we were marketing toward (our property had many unique circumstances), and the sales strategies that would finally help us close. Within a week of reaching out to Amy, she had done a full market analysis on our land, and was ready to list. We closed escrow in less than two weeks. The entire process took less than a month. We couldn't be happier with her performance. Would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a true professional."

"A PLUS SERVICE, INTELLIGENCE AND FOCUS ON MY NEEDS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AMY!!!"

"Amy Mosley impressed us from the start with a thorough marketing plan, which other agents did not offer. She was just as knowledgeable as she said she was, and our investment condo not only was under contract within days of listing, but also sold at the top of the market for a basic rental condo of its size and condition. Amy's team proved to be extraordinarily competent, as well. We offer our highest recommendation of Amy Mosley to anyone considering using her services."

"I had been researching how to sell my property for some time. And Amy was one of the realtors that contacted me. I thought she sounded like she knew what she was doing and she also had emails with newsletters with great information. I kept her in mind and when I decided to sell my condo I contacted her. Amy is very personable and made me feel comfortable with the home selling process. This is the first time that I have sold property and she made everything easy and understandable. Amy also makes you feel like you are her only client. She was always there whenever I had a question and she always kept me informed on what was going on during the home selling process. In addition, Amy Mosley staged my home and had a an excellent photographer come and take photographs. Amy uses the most modern techniques to help sell your home. My family and I were very impressed with the results. It sold quickly and the escrow closed on the date given. All in all, Amy did an excellent job selling my home."

"Amy was everything we expected her to be, knowledgable, in our corner, honest, direct and she got us the best deal. She helped us settle an estate sale quickly and efficiently. We always felt she had our best interest in mind. We are on the East Coast and she took care of all the tasks we couldn't complete that would typically be taken care of by the Seller. We highly recommend her!"

AMY knew How to advise getting the property ready to sell, where to start the price... how to market, how to communicate with other realtors, and counter until we got a great price.... this was a fast moving process due to the desirability of the property and she never missed a step.... got it all done and I appreciate her personal touch.

This is the third transaction I have had AMY help me with.... she is so personal and not only digs in and solves problems if they arise, she truly seems to enjoy her work and enjoys the pleasures of the experience with us.

Amy Mosley is hands down THE BEST realtor I have worked with. She goes above and beyond the call of duty, very precise, she does not miss the small details! Her and Steve are a great team, they together are very knowledgeable and helpful with anything and everything. Selling a home is a lot of work, but she makes the process a breeze and knows how to get you top dollar when selling, and is a great negotiator when buying! Highly recommend Amy Mosley!

I can't say enough good things about Amy....She sold my house and my escrow was 23 days!!!!! She is the best!!! I interviewed 7 different agents and they all had their own strategy or none at all. I had never sold a house before and the first agent I picked did not get one offer after being on the market for 5 months. Amy was the first to put her information at my doorstep the first day it was relisted. Amy staged my home and got it sold right away and my escrow was 23 days. If I ever sell another house I will use Amy she is a great lady, a hard worker and organized. I lucked out when I picked her and we will remain friends. Thank you Amy!

I had Amy Mosley representing me in the sale of my home and the purchase of my new home. Amy worked tirelessly to negotiate both transactions as well to coordinate the closing dates so I could make an effortless move. Amy's real estate knowledge, negotiations skills and patience with hard work are second to none.
