We've had the privilege of working with Amy twice, as first time buyers and then first time sellers. On both sides of the market, she was a tremendous help. Her 30+ years of experience are evident as she foresees many potential problems or hangups that could arise in the escrow process and does everything she can to resolve those issues in advance or to setup backup lenders or offers if they become necessary. She also does a good job of explaining these issues. Because she works ahead of time, we were never put into a last minute bind. We had a difficult home to sell due to a few undesirable features of the house, but these features never deterred Amy and she was very optimistic with us, even when we had a buyer pull out of escrow. During our second run with escrow selling our house, the buyers misreported some numbers and lost their loan, but Amy worked tirelessly and found another lender and even helped the buyer find cheaper insurance to help hold the deal together. Most of the time, day or night, she will answer her phone, or call you back within minutes. She's also very fast with returning and managing, as well as explaining, the many forms that are required to be signed during the process of buying and selling your home. For the numerous repairs and cosmetic updates we needed when selling our home, Amy had a network or experienced handymen who worked for very reasonable prices, all of whom seemed most pleased to be doing the work in a quick turn around knowing it was being done for Amy.
