What can we say... Amy is the best! Amy can do multiple things all at once. I don't know how she does it but my husband and I are just amazed of how she does her job. She helped us sold our condo and bought our new place as well. There were a lot of challenges in between but she pulled it through. And we are beyond grateful. We had a great experience working with Amy during our home purchase. Initially, we were concerned about having a dual agent represent both the buyer and the seller, thinking it might complicate things. However, Amy handled it with exceptional fairness and transparency on both sides. I truly appreciate the effort she put into ensuring everything went smoothly. Even after closing, Amy has continued to support us. Part of the patio roof had chipped tiles, and although the roofing company replaced most of it, a small section still needs to be matched properly. Amy stayed involved, coordinating with the roofer and making sure the job wasn’t signed off until we’re fully satisfied. This is still in progress, and I’ll provide an update once it’s resolved. I highly recommend Amy—she is professional, responsible, and reliable, whether you're buying or selling a home.
