Amy Mateus was the only choice as far as I was concerned when looking for a new home. I had heard about her reputation for excellence through word of mouth but it was nothing compared to what I received in person. When Amy Mateus was in my employment, I was looking for my first home and didn't have a wealth of knowledge about home ownership and purchasing. She was able to break the subject matter down for me and explain what the process of buying a home would entail. I was very impressed with the pace she was able to keep with my schedule and need for quickly finding a home. She was able to line up a surprising amount of homes within one day for a showing. More importantly, my credit wasn't the greatest during my time in looking for a home. Amy Mateus was able to find a bank that would work with me. Also, she was more than capable and knowledgable with VA regulations and processes for purchasing a home. Again, I can't stress enough that I felt as if I was over my head before purchasing my home but thanks to Amy, it was all over before I felt as though I had lifted a finger. I couldn't be more happy with my home or the professionalism I received while in search and purchase of it.

Amy was great to work with, easy to talk to, and she knew her stuf! There were a few hiccups with our sale that were completely out of the hands of Amy, but overall she did everything she could to make this sale happen! Glad it is SOLD!!
