"I like to take this opportunity to explain about my experience working with Amy on the sale of my house. I contacted Amy on January 19th to discuss the process of selling my property in Roseville and by January 26th, my house was on the market. Even though she was out of the state due to a death in the family, she did all the pre-work that needed to be done in a very short time period until she returned to Roseville in a few days. The pre-preparation work before listing the house on MLS included staging (she has professional stager) and a professional photographer which made a huge difference to reach to as many interested and qualified buyers as it could. Amy turned out, not only to be a great realtor, but also a good friend. She truly listened to everything I had to say, about my thoughts, my concerns, my stories, and my mother's story.
