I contacted Amy on January 19th to discuss the process of selling my property in Roseville and by January 26th, my house was on the market. Even though she was out of the state due to a death in the family, she did all the pre-work that needed to be done in a very short time period until she returned to Roseville in a few days. My parents recommended Amy. My first impression of Amy was a little uncertain at first, it was a rushed visit for both of us so we didn't really get the chance to know her. After that day I was looking at a bunch of houses online and had a list of almost 10 houses. I figured it would be difficult for us to look at all of these in one day and that she would only be available in the mornings, nothing late. She was so excited, she told us whatever day and time worked for us as long as the other party was ok with the date and time. She told us multiple times that we could back out of this because of the previous water damage in case they didn't fix it properly. She really wanted us to be happy in the house we picked. She never once tried to rush us while we looked at houses, talked to her on the phone, or with the closing of the deal. She's an amazing Realtor, and we still keep in touch with her.
