Amy Hall

We had the most amazing buying / selling experience with Amy Hall. First, Amy definitely listens to what we wanted and ensured at all times that our needs were being met. When we walked into a house, Amy would consider our needs and point out the features of each house that would meet (and exceed) our needs. She also was very thoughtful about pointing out the cons of a home based on these needs. For example, we visited a home that had a recent addition. Amy ensured that we viewed the home during the peak heat of the day. She turned on the AC so we could ensure that all rooms are cooling properly. The room that was recently added did NOT have adequate air flow. We would have never had known about this issue if Amy wasn't one step ahead and already thought of this for us. I would have NO hesitation recommending Amy Hall as your realtor. She definitely knows the Phoenix area and her thoughtfulness is the best in the business. I should mention that we had a family emergency and had to leave the state in the middle of our house sale. She went into our home while we were gone and helped us pack!
