I wanted to write this unsolicited letter of thanks to pass along to others considering a Windsor Gardens realtor. First, my wife and I are high volume realtors of almost 25 years in another Colorado market and while we are members of the recolorado MLS, we knew the value of hiring an expert and see “at large” realtors consistently underperform for their clients in our market. We could have easily bought and sold this using our licenses and mls credentials but we knew this was the wrong approach. We hired Amy and her team to help us find and buy the right condo for my mother. Amy had contacts of all types and we immediately hired a contractor to complete a beautiful remodel right after our purchase. Fastforward three years, we again knew local expertise was invaluable. It was time to sell the same condo and Amy helped us analyze the variables impacting a buyer’s perceived value, position our pricing, and guide our actions as we navigated a somewhat difficult market with all of the concerns a seller would typically have. Without going into too many details Amy went way above and beyond to help us make a deal happen in a very unusual situation.
