Amy took care of me and our situation. I inherited my sister's condo in Windsor Gardens last year. It was a terrible year for me. I lost my wife in January, then I had a couple of serious falls, and then my sister passed away in April, to top it off I was diagnosed with leukemia. I live in Gig Harbor, Washington. I contacted Amy to list my mother's condo at Windsor Gardens as part of my mother's estate, a year after the condo was listed with another agent. Amy immediately took charge--completed a virtual staging of the condo, arranged for the sliding doors to be replaced and directed me to an insurance broker to put insurance in place. Amy not only knows the Windsor Gardens' real estate market in detail, she also knows the status of all pending issues with the association and other units. Amy was also a strong advocate in her communications with other brokers who had clients that were interested in the condo and worked hard to get offers. She focused us on a small number of condos that met our criteria well enough that one of them proved just right; she updated us on current real estate practices in a clear way so that we were able to complete our purchase in a short and painless time period; her fairness and professionalism were evidenced in a number of ways so that we felt very comfortable with the whole experience. For example, when we narrowed it down to 2 condos and then decided on one that was not her own listing, she made us feel comfortable with the one we liked best. Needed to sell. But a specialized sell because it wasn't an ordinary condo but a 55+ community. Ms. Grossman specializes in the community and that's extremely important. Pricing, pitfalls, selling advice is better with an agent that knows the large 55+ community well. She did a very good job for me and really accommodated my situation.
