She focused us on a small number of condos that met our criteria well enough that one of them proved just right; she updated us on current real estate practices in a clear way so that we were able to complete our purchase in a short and painless time period; her fairness and professionalism were evidenced in a number of ways so that we felt very comfortable with the whole experience. For example, when we narrowed it down to 2 condos and then decided on one that was not her own listing, she made us feel comfortable with the one we liked best. She also advised us about all the other matters (insurance, electricity, HOA matters, etc.) that we needed to deal with in order to make the purchase happen. Everything went very smoothly.

Needed to sell. But a specialized sell because it wasn't an ordinary condo but a 55+ community. Ms. Grossman specializes in the community and that's extremely important. Pricing, pitfalls, selling advice is better with an agent that knows the large 55+ community well. She did a very good job for me and really accommodated my situation.
