Amy is a true professional in a challenging market. Moving is always a very stressful and difficult process for me, but Amy always made it clear she was just as invested in getting me into the right place as I was. As a military service member, moving 100+ miles you need an advocate for what you are looking for and Amy went far and beyond to find that for me. Being in the military I had a very short and difficult timeline for finding a property that would work for me, and I always felt that Amy was working to make that happen. She communicated consistently and I always knew that I could count on her to answer any questions I had, whether that be the broker (Summer is awesome), or the awesome inspector she recommends. I truly recommend working with Amy Dodd, she is an amazing realtor but an ever better person that goes out of her way to get to know you to make sure you get into the house that you want.
