Moving is always a very stressful and difficult process for me, but Amy always made it clear she was just as invested in getting me into the right place as I was. As a military service member, moving 100+ miles you need an advocate for what you are looking for and Amy went far and beyond to find that for me. Being in the military I had a very short and difficult timeline for finding a property that would work for me, and I always felt that Amy was working to make that happen. She communicated consistently and I always knew that I could count on her to answer any questions I had, whether that be the broker (Summer is awesome), or the awesome inspector she recommends. I received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Amy's incredible work. Amy brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my home online, which created a lot of foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Although I received multiple offers, we ended up working with nervous first time buyers. Amy was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner. Amy is a great agent. Her personality and knowledge makes her perfect for what she does. She stayed on top of every aspect of the transaction. The only problem I encountered was that the buyers agent was not that experienced and set the buyer up with the wrong mortgage agent. Amy took the reigns and stayed on top of it including daily checking in on the buyers agent. That Included getting her mortgage agent involved with the buyer and pushing the sale through. We had a aproved offer in about 2 weeks.
