Amy is a true professional in a challenging market. Moving is always a very stressful and difficult process for me, but Amy always made it clear she was just as invested in getting me into the right place as I was. As a military service member, moving 100+ miles you need an advocate for what you are looking for and Amy went far and beyond to find that for me. Being in the military I had a very short and difficult timeline for finding a property that would work for me, and I always felt that Amy was working to make that happen. She communicated consistently and I always knew that I could count on her to answer any questions I had, whether that be the broker (Summer is awesome), or the awesome inspector she recommends. I truly recommend working with Amy Dodd, she is an amazing realtor but an ever better person that goes out of her way to get to know you to make sure you get into the house that you want. Amy Dodd was fantastic to work with. She always made herself available when I needed her, but not only that she was the voice of reason when at times I might not have been thinking the clearest. It made my life easier that she has connections to people in different areas of real estate, so she was able to help with everything from finding the right inspector to finding a fantastic loan officer. I received multiple offers the first day the house went on the market, thanks in large part to Amy's incredible work. Amy brought in a fabulous photographer to showcase my home online, which created a lot of foot traffic and brought in serious buyers. Although I received multiple offers, we ended up working with nervous first time buyers. Amy was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner.
