Let's face it. Buying or selling a home is no picnic, and neither is finding the right agent. When selling my home in Maryland, I went through 7 people before I found one who would meet my standards. Amy is the consummate professional and is passionate about her job, yet down to earth and a joy to work with. Through the extreme emotions of a real estate transaction, Amy remains constant. If you're frazzled, she is low key. If you get angry, she'll talk you off the ledge. At the worst possible moment, she'll make you laugh. Not only does Amy take care of you as a client, she cares about you as a person as well. Case in point; She knew I was at the bank making a wire transfer for the purchase of my home. I had to call her with a question, and her first words were, "How did your doctor's appointment go?" I'll never forget that. Amy is the kind of person you'd want to work with, the kind of person you'd want to hang out with, the kind of person you'd be proud to call a friend. I highly recommend Amy Comini for all of your real estate needs, and I'd give her more than 5 stars if I could!
First time buying a home, she made it an amazing experience.. Showed us multiple homes, was always available, even responded to 1130 pm emails! She was super thorough and fought for us to get the best home at best price. We couldn't have been happier with her. Even got us a personalized gift after closing. Id highly recommend get to anyone.
I had the pleasure of meeting Amy about 1 month ago. I was in search of a new home. Even though I was very nervous and not knowledgeable about the whole process Amy made things so much easier for me. I felt as if I was home shopping with my friend and not just an agent. She went out of her way to negotiate all fine details of our purchase. She answered all of our questions quickly and updated us ASAP about anything of the property we were buying.
