Ami is fantastic on all levels. Ami was a buying agent for us. For starters she personally went and pre-screened homes for us so we only had to look at homes that were worth our time. Then Ami had no problem with us walking away at the last minute from a deal when it was our mistake (we didn't know how high property taxes were for the home until we were about to sign). She didn't skip a beat in continuing to look until she found us what we were looking for. She got them to accept a lower offer, helped us find an inspector and helped us level down further after the inspection. All along she never pressured us to just buy and be done with it. Then after the sale Ami actually helped us get some work done on the house since we were a plane ride away. This was no mansion with a huge commission, just Ami's mode of operation for an avg customer. Thx again Ami. :)
