The Best There IS! Amy probably showed my husband and I 50 houses. She is very intuitive and was aware that I am trying to build a retirement through a new rental business. She would call or email me, sometimes before I even could find in on zillow. Her advise abut being a new landlord has been priceless. But the fact she does not try to up sell you, she respects your budget, and never makes you feel like your budget should be bigger, lol. We found the perfect rental through Amy. She listen's to her clients goals and budget, and does not insert her assumptions. Not to mention and wonderful personality, and the patients of a saint. Id never use any other realtor.
