Amy is exceptional. We utilized her as our buying agent when we first purchased our home and again as our listing agent when it was time to sell. With both processes she was incredibly helpful and efficient. As a buying agent she was fabulous to work with. We were purchasing out first home and she made the entire process so smooth and nice. Also, she really listened to our requests about what we wanted in our property and worked incredibly hard to deliver. As our selling agent, not only did she help us throughout the listing process but she went above and beyond to make sure our house look AMAZING! From helping stage, to hiring a fabulous photographer, to even sprucing up the landscaping, she worked so hard to show our house to the best of her ability. She worked tirelessly to make sure we sold really well. We ended up having so many offers within the first 24 hours that we didn’t even need our open house that weekend and I attribute that completely to her hard work and real estate savvy. I would recommend her without any reservations to anybody who needed to buy or sell property.

Amy went above and beyond to find our family the perfect house. We were first time home buyers and were new to the area. Even at times when we had trouble figuring out what we wanted Amy helped us to work through it. Any worked around or crazy schedules and answered tons of questions. I met Amy by chance - she was the realtor selling the house we were renting! Needless to say, I was concerned about our situation should the rental sell quickly - I felt like we needed to move fast. New couldn’t be happier with her experience, advice, professionalism, and honestly - her friendship that developed over that short timeframe. We are happy to say that through out the whole process Amy was always willing to work with us and make the process go as smooth as possible. Even thru the obvious obstacles of buying a house like inspection, HOI and bank approvals don't always go the way you want, Amy always motivates you to move forward. So for future buyers always do all the research you can before window shopping for a home. Make sure your credit is up to date with decent scores, look for a good bank institution, Inspector, HOI and find and good realtor. Amy was refreshing to work with locating a house for me in my price range and the locality I prefered. She provided plenty of properties for me to look at and in a short frame of time. I found the whole process Alot easier than other transactions I ve done with others due mainly to her responsiveness and passion for her job. I highly recommend Amy!
