It would be hard to overstate the value that Amy added to the sale of my home. From staging to showing, she is a pro. She managed every aspect of the process so I could focus on my work and personal life. When we ran into negotiations with the buyer, Amy offered advice and guidance so I could make the best decisions. She is also an expert on the condo complex so she knew the sale steps ahead of time.
Very knowledgeable about the market we were looking in, mortgage options available to us, including the construction of the home. Communicated with us constantly throughout the process to make sure everyone involved was moving forward on our mortgage. Whenever there were any issues, helped us to navigate them and secure the loan and complete the transaction. Also, had good resources, which was really appreciated. Very professional and even stayed in contact with us when she was traveling during the final days before closing. Always very positive, even when there were setbacks which caused our closing date to be moved. Relocating to a new area is never easy and even harder when you have very specific needs. Amy went out of her to understand our budget, our must haves and our lifestyle. Step one was helping identify the right neighborhood. This was no easy feat as we were hoping to either be on a late or near the ocean.
