Amy did a great job with the sale of our house. I was impressed from her first visit, when she showed enthusiasm for the house that was missing from the other realtors we talked to. This gave me confidence that she would work hard to find the right buyer. The house was on a busy street which made it difficult to sell, but Amy and her team found a buyer that required a complex set of financial arrangements that they worked out to enable it to close. Her communication throughout the process was clear, and she was always available for questions. It was a better experience than I had expected and I am very glad to have worked with her.

Amy's survey of the property to be sold was quick but not abrupt, she came prepared to see the property with local comps and had a good base for starting her property assessment. She thoroughly analyzed the offers, challenged the invalid one, weeded out the non-serious bid with a request for additional earnest money and allowed us to accept a valid full price offer. The accepted offer actually closed 3 weeks ahead of schedule because Amy paid attention to details.

She juggled numerous interactions with agents, buyers, and other parties very effectively. she made certain that I always knew the status of the project, no matter the time of the day or the weekend.
