She initially met with me to form a plan of action, although we ran into several road blocks for that plan, she was always honest and straightforward never hesitating to make suggestions after absorbing all of my input to revise the game plan. From the start, Amy was always prepared at every showing; extremely knowledgeable about the houses being shown; always having options for interventions and referrals if needed. Amy was very professional in all aspects of the process from start to finish and exceeded my expectations whenever negotiations were in progress. I just can not say enough to express how thankful I am for all she did and how thrilled I am with my new home. So happy to have found a home that checks all boxes for my dog, my daughter and I.
