When we decided to purchase a condo last year, Ameena was the first person I thought of to assist us. I worked with Ameena for many years so I knew her fierce work ethic and dedication to results. We explained to Ameena what we were looking for and she immediately went to work to find the perfect property. Ameena gained a lot of knowledge about the market in a short time, and provided us with information on specific properties as well as financing options. Because we live in Phoenix, Ameena had to travel from Prescott to show us properties, which she did readily a few times over the course of a couple of months. Ameena communicated with us every step of the way and we always knew where we stood during the process. We pretty quickly decided where we wanted to buy so just needed to wait for a property in our price range. Within a few weeks, Ameena showed us a condo that seemed to fit our needs and wants, and was a good price. She began her work putting in the offer and negotiating with the seller, which proved to be a bit challenging for reasons related to the seller. Ameena navigated the entire process timely and professionally, and once it was time to close, the process was seamless. I would highly recommend Ameena to anyone buying, or selling.
