Amber hit two home runs for us. First she found a buyer for our Corona condo at what had to be a record price. Once in escrow, she went to work finding us our new home to step up into. She located the perfect house, before it even was on the market. We saw it, loved it, and put in an offer! However, the seller's agent went forward with a planed open house that weekend and received other offers. Amber was able to advise us on the action we needed to take to put us first in line and close the deal. We now have our new home and couldn't be happier.
