Even though she wasn't our agent, she answered all of our questions, even after the sale was completed, and helped us with what we needed to do when we moved in, etc. After our wonderful experience with her on the PG house we bought (where, remember, she was the other people's agent, not ours) we knew we wanted her to help us if we ever looked to buy another house in the Monterey area. She has guided us through so much regarding both purchases and given us great ideas and suggestions and referrals for people to help us with various fixes or upgrades we wanted to undertake. We would never think of using another realtor in the Monterey Area, to buy or to sell, and are so grateful that we "found" her when we bought our house in Pacific Grove, which we love!
