Amber is a pleasure to deal with in several meaningful ways. First, she is just a genuine pleasure to converse with. She is upbeat and energetic, while still professional and direct. She provided great input without being pushy, she helped me navigate the esoteric waters of house buying and selling with her obvious wealth of experience and knowledge. Both the buying and selling went great, and she helped guide me through the process. I'm firmly convinced her advise and skill helping to stage and photograph my house was the reason I fetched a price within the 99th percentile for size in my area.
