This process was particularly important due to the state of the market at the time with limited inventories it was definitely a sellers market. Many properties were under contract immediately after listing and with the difficulties we faced with travel restrictions due to the pandemic the prospect of finding a suitable home was very difficult. We found Amber trustworthy and very professional and we came to rely on her professional judgement, when we had questions or a need for additional information she responded immediately. We were very fortunate that we found Amber to assist and guide us through the complications of buying a home, particularly from such a distance. We found the size, type and design of home that we wanted all by video thanks to Amber’s hard work and dedication. And I glad to say that we are very pleased with the purchase.
