Her positive, can-do attitude was especially helpful as a corporate relocation with a time limit can be very stressful. Even the agent who conducted a Broker Market Analysis was impressed with her listing of our home because he said "many agents overprice homes" and that's a luxury we did not have time for with a 90 day limit for the relocation. Amanda's aggressive marketing was the key to selling our home at an excellent price point and in such a quick timeframe.

Amanda is an awesome person. Easy going and personable. We told her what we were looking for and made her self available to look at different properties. She listened to us. She did not push us on anything. Once we found the house we wanted, she was on it quickly. Because of her everything went smoothly. No stress whatsoever.

Im not sure how to nominate someone for realtor of the year, but if i find out how, amanda will certainly get my vote. From start to finish, amanda took care of us and was willing to show us as many houses as it took to finally find the house we really wanted.
