Our friends told us about Amanda and how easy she was to work with and how she worked hard to find the right fit even if it took a while. We went into the process of looking for a house open to a number of possibilities and combinations of features that could form the right home for us. Amanda took the time to understand our preferences and hunted down a range of houses to suggest. More importantly she was willing to wave us off from properties that had issues and point out when a house wouldn't work for us. I have already recommended her to friends and coworkers.

Amanda was very professional and hard working. She was on top of any paper we had to sign or with any communication with the seller of our new home. If there was an issue she made sure to let us know immediately and always had a solution to present to us.

In order to to tell you what a great realtor Amanda is I need to tell you a bit of a back story. We hired a different realtor when we first decided to sell. That realtor let us down in the biggest way and cost us thousands of dollars. But this is not her review so that's enough about Karen. (Her actual name.) Now enter Amanda. Refreshing ! She came into this knowing we were upset and skeptical. Where Karen didn't listen and never did what we wanted her to and cared more about the buyers demands then what we wanted, Amanda was complete opposite. She listen to what we wanted and how we wanted to handle potential buyers. She did everything we asked. And she worked for us. We only showed it a few times with Amanda and she sold it!! She worked to sell it , she didn't just talk the talk she walked the walk. If you are looking for a realtor that gets stuff done, is down to earth, listens and cares about what you want then Amanda is your woman. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Thank you Amanda!!!!

Amanda was fun to work with understood situation in financial dept and was very honest. SHE WAS FOCUSED. She was to the point and also was very professional and personable... Amanda made you feel comfortable acknowledged your needs and wants( and don't wants)
