Our friends told us about Amanda and how easy she was to work with and how she worked hard to find the right fit even if it took a while. We went into the process of looking for a house open to a number of possibilities and combinations of features that could form the right home for us. Amanda took the time to understand our preferences and hunted down a range of houses to suggest. More importantly she was willing to wave us off from properties that had issues and point out when a house wouldn't work for us. I have already recommended her to friends and coworkers.

Amanda was very professional and hard working. She was on top of any paper we had to sign or with any communication with the seller of our new home. If there was an issue she made sure to let us know immediately and always had a solution to present to us.

In order to to tell you what a great realtor Amanda is I need to tell you a bit of a back story. We hired a different realtor when we first decided to sell. That realtor let us down in the biggest way and cost us thousands of dollars. But this is not her review so that's enough about Karen. (Her actual name.) Now enter Amanda. Refreshing ! She came into this knowing we were upset and skeptical. Where Karen didn't listen and never did what we wanted her to and cared more about the buyers demands then what we wanted, Amanda was complete opposite. She listen to what we wanted and how we wanted to handle potential buyers. She did everything we asked. And she worked for us. We only showed it a few times with Amanda and she sold it!! She worked to sell it , she didn't just talk the talk she walked the walk. Buying a house for the first time can be a little overwhelming and sometimes scary for some. Yet with the help of Amanda what I've been told should've been a long draw out process ended up being a wonderful learning period that ended with me getting a house I'm in love with. Amanda displayed a great deal of professionalism but also the correct amount of honesty when it counted. For my home purchase I decided to use the VA home loan and when Amanda found out she wasn't in the slightest bothered by it but was willing to work with me and show me the things that are usually looked at during VA inspections to make sure that we found the right house that was close or already VA approved (something I asked for). Her knowledge of the market and what was overpriced, what was a good deal, and what we could get for a house were all exceptional. If I had to give Amanda a rating it would be an 20/10 cause when I buy another home in the future I'll for sure have her helping me again!
