Amanda Pathon, a native of Fort Lauderdale, is the Founder of The Collection Realty, a team of real estate brokers dedicated to delivering exceptional service to a wide range of clients. Licensed since 2007, Amanda is taking her place among some of the most distinguished real estate professionals. She is a member of the Master Broker Forum, an organization limited to the county’s most successful Realtors®. She was formally recognized as a top producer in the Fort Lauderdale condo market, leading sales teams at luxury condominiums such as ADAGIO Fort Lauderdale Beach, W Hotel & Residences, and Paramount Fort Lauderdale Beach. Amanda is known for her exceptional work ethic, her strong negotiation skills, ability to close deals and her friendly personality. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Florida International University. She uses her education to take a sophisticated approach when addressing her client’s needs and exceeding their expectations. She is married to a former NFL player, Jerome Pathon, and has two sons who keep her active when she is not working. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, exercising, and spending time with family. She supports causes close to her heart such as the Alzheimer Association and Humane Society.

Amazing Sale & Purchase

The Collection Realty was extremely professional in helping sell our condo and also find us a home on the water we were interested in. They were there every step of the way to make the sale and the purchase smooth and stress free. We are from out of state which made the process more challenging for Amanda and Ellen but they were up to the challenge.
