From my initial meeting with Amanda to list my condo she described the process from start to finish. And she followed through. Beginning with Amanda lining up the ppl to clean, to do carpet, and electrician to fix issues. The pictures and captions leading you through condo were Amazing! Amanda listed property on a Friday, did an Open House the following day.. From the open house she got a full price offer and 2 backup offers. Even after the first 2 offers fizzled out, Amanda kept diligent and stayed on the 3rd offer at full price, and we closed on her initial projected date. I've done a number of real estate deals over the past 30 years, but none as professional and to the point as working with Amanda Justus!
