As a former wedding planner, I take the sincerity, persistence, and passion I used to walk with brides during the planning process to walk with my clients through the home buying process. Buying and selling a home for the first time is just as scary, nerve-wracking, and wonderful as planning a wedding. Best. Realtor. Ever!

You're leaving money on the table if you use any other realtor. Amanda knows how to negotiate, hands down. I wouldn't want to play poker with her, and I'm very good. She knows her stuff, she has never dropped a detail in three transactions we've done with her, and she pushes for more than you even ask for. The one time I had to use another realtor, it was extremely obvious that Amanda is the best. All other realtors don't make you feel like you're her only client, like you're getting every penny (and more in my case) possible, and confident that the deal will go through. Don't even think about anyone else. She's the best.
