I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Alton Garrard. I was relocating for work and a first-time homebuyer with little knowledge about how to find the right home. He was able to answer all my many questions and provide me with the knowledge I needed to make the right decisions. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Alton walked me through every step of the negotiations. All throughout the negotiations and closing Alton was there quickly handling any issues that came up. If the time ever comes when I will be looking for a new home, there isn't any question on who my Realtor will be!

Alton did a great job searching a very thin market. At the height of covid Alton searched and searched for homes that would house our family of (5). Even though there wasn't much of a selection, we walked thru many homes over many weekends until we found a house that would work. He was very persistent and did not get frustrated even though we kind of felt that way at times.

We not only were selling our home during Covid but we’d already been relocated. Alton did an amazing job for us. He was hands on handling so many things we couldn’t do because we were out of the area.

I was out of state during the home-buying process. I was on face time w my husband during showings and Alton made us/me at ease that he knew what he was speaking of. He was knowledgeable and able answer any questions we had. He made this experience great and one we will never forget!
