I highly recommend Althea. She was very active with the sale of our property, from the intial comps and staging all the way through to closing. Althea's communication skills are A+. She was in constant communication with me providing updates and following up on any questions or concerns that I had. And although she had several other clients at the same time, she always provided a level of service that made me feel like we were her only priority. This was not a "sign the listing agreement and never hear from me again" type of deal that I have experienced with other realtors in the past. Althea was always on top of things and it took a lot of the stress of selling our property off my plate knowing that I could rely on her. If you want a realtor that has your best interest at heart, then you can't go wrong with Althea.
