Allison Paoli is a dynamic leader, high-performing REALTOR®, and passionate community advocate proudly serving Lake Havasu City and the greater Mohave and La Paz Counties. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with a focus on Organizational Effectiveness from Saint Mary’s College, Notre Dame, and is the Founder and Chief Leadership Officer of M III Leadership Enterprises. Her work as a behavioral coach and high-performance team specialist has impacted executives and professionals across industries.
As a team member of Sunstone Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, Allison brings excellence and energy to every transaction. She currently serves as the 2026 Arizona State Liaison of Women’s Council of Realtors® and as the 2026 President – Elect of the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors®. Her service includes past leadership roles with the Lake Havasu Chamber Foundation, where she served as President, chaired the Education Committee, and contributed five years to the CFEL Board.
Recognized for both business acumen and civic impact, Allison has been honored as “Woman of the Year” by the National Association of Professional Women, featured in Success Files hosted by Rob Lowe, and named a “Woman of Outstanding Leadership” by the International Women’s Leadership Association. She is also a recipient of the 2020 Whelan Leadership Award and the 2023 Bridge to Business Award for her efforts to strengthen ties between local education and industry.
