There are not enough good words in this world to describe Allison! I recently closed on my dream home this November, and I honestly couldn't of done it without her. I began my search in September, kind of lost, since it had been my first house purchase. I did my research and after reading about all the great things others had said about Allison I decided to contact her, and am so happy I did! Through the entire process she was there, and even during the early or late hours I was able to get a a hold of her for questions/concerns, which were always answered in detail. She always kept me up to date on everything and never skipped a beat. She had been raised in the area so she knew plenty that I didn't, since I am from Maryland. So, we got the listings and were on our way! When we finally found my house, which had been on the market for a mere 24 hours, we were able to go back to her office immediately and put in an offer, and she even extensively researched the area surrounding, and with her knowledge we came up with a good offer and sent it out, first thing in the morning she contacted me that we needed our "highest and best" since there were multiple offers, and again we discussed and sent in. I got a call the next day, there had been 10 offers in just 48 hours, and the winner was me. I feel without her, I wouldn't have been where I am in this beautiful living room writing this review, which I hope will help others as the ones before helped me. Allison was simply a pleasure to work with, and is a truly genuine, wonderful person inside and out.
