Allison Day is an amazing realtor. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is an incredible person. Allison helped me find a home to buy for my family in 2015. She was very knowledgeable of the process and of the area we wanted to buy. We decided to buy a home that was in foreclosure. The process was long due to bank issues and she was there every step of the way. She followed up with the bank and made sure every “i” was dotted and every “t” was crossed. We closed on our house on 11/25/15. We did our own renovations to the house after purchasing it and finally moved in on 12/4/15. Ten days later, we had a house fire and lost everything. Allison rallied the Winter Springs & Oviedo (and surrounding) communities to come to our aid and help us. We have kids and it was right before Christmas. She made a go fund me account and collected donated items for us. I can honestly say that Allison Day is truly one of the most amazing people that I know. And we will forever be grateful for her and all she did for us... in her work as a realtor, but also in her just being a beautiful human being. First, she is such an amazing human being! She has the biggest heart and soul. She would give the shirt off of her back for those in need. Not only is she Brilliant at her job from the years of Experience knowing little things like hazardous electrical components that need to be updated or have been recalled to things that need to be done up to code for you to move in saving you thousands, she does not ignore your needs. She is our family friend and our realtor for life. You would be hard-pressed to find someone else that knows as much as she does about what you’re looking for or who to get in contact with to get you in your house quickly and making sure that you’re settled in well after the paper have been signed.

Throughout the process of listing my home and buying a new townhome, she was very responsive (even to texts in the evening), provided sound advice and counsel about pricing and negotiating, gave solid referrals when asked for all types of services (movers, cleaners, mortgage firms, etc), and helped keep me on track in terms of appointments and closings. I enjoyed working with Allison; she was very attentive and also included a lot of "personal touches" that she didn't have to, that helped make a very stressful time in my life a little more manageable!
