Allison Castro (Kern) was one of the most helpful agents that made it possible to sell our old home and find our forever dream home. She specializes with Veterans and VA loans and was bale to make the process so smooth for us. If you need to buy or sell, Allison is the one yo need to call!
It was amazing from start to finish, she took care of everything and made it so easy and simple. Helped us buy our dream home! I would recommend her to any veteran looking for your forever home!
Allisons Market Knowledge, Communication Skills, and Professionalism exceeded that of any Real Estate professional we've ever worked with. Impressive throughout the entire process of both selling our existing home and buying a new one, she handled every hurdle with confidence, level-headedness, and persistence. I would not hesitate to recommend her to friends and family...as a matter of fact we already have!
We met Allison because she was on-call and we wanted to look at one of their rental properties. She kept in touch with us even though we weren’t really “her” customers. Allison made us feel at ease with the process and was always honest about answering our questions. She showed us several properties and even gave us some restaurant suggestions where we were staying at the time. Even after the property was done she touched base with us to make sure everything was ok. Love love love her professionalism, and her down to earth attitude highly recommend.
Allison was an absolute pleasure to work with. I’m this high-price market she helped us navigate through the entire process and helped us secure exactly what we were looking for at an absolutely amazing price. In fact, our property appraised higher than our final price. She made the entire home buying process incredibly easy, and continues to support us well after closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy in Brevard Country.
