We sat down with Allison Castro as a couple that has never purchased a home! Allison listened to our concerns and fears and answered facts, not hopes or theories. She explained how the market was trending at the moment and what that meant to us! After she sent us a list of potential homes, we did a drive-by recon of the list and sent her back the yes/no per each address, and also asked if she could refine her search to some more specific items. She DID! Allison lined us up with some phone numbers for finance and we chose the one that could get us what we needed! Then we did some walk throughs and then found that one house we put a bid in on! We got the contract! Allison then worked her backside off keeping me in knowledge on how the process works, and keeping me informed! All in all, very happy that we had Allison Castro as our Realtor working, fighting and winning for us!

My realtor was always on point with all questions at hand and what she my not have had a response for she went above and beyond to find me and my husband a response. Allison is very knowledgeable in her field. I rate her A+. Aside from being professional and knowledgeable she is very caring, and warm and to me and my husband’s needs in our house search. I could call or text her at any given time and she would respond quickly . Looking for a house from New York City is not the easiest thing to do. She made my experience and my husband much easier and going forward with the house search getting all the paperwork that was needed together, sending off paperwork and just putting all the pieces together and purchasing our house.
