Working with Allison to purchase my first home was a great experience! Allison's knowledge of what was out there that was within our budget, our expectations and needs was phenomenal to put it mildly- Every house she mentioned to us was well within our parameters. We also sent her A LOT of homes to check into, as we were on a serious time crunch. She made headway on all of them, got us into to view and put offers in on potentials all within the same day. Did we lose a few? Of course, but Allison made accepting the fact that "you win some you lose some", easy to understand and manage within the home buying market. As a first-time homebuyer, I was nervous and clueless what to look for and what to do. Allison went above and beyond with handling anything I needed help with when it came to my first time home buying experience.
