From the very beginning Allison made us feel like she was more than an agent and we were more than just clients to her. That personal relationship and her professionalism is what set her apart from all the other agents we have dealt with in the past. We met with Allison about a month or two before we decided to sell the house. She came to that initial meeting knowing that our timeline was to most likely not list immediately. However, she was completely prepared with a detailed market analysis and marketing plan. She went through the house very thoroughly and interviewed us to determine any upgrades we had completed in our time in the house. After that meeting she adjusted her proposed list price and gave us her updated numbers by the time we finished the meeting. About 6 weeks later when we decided to list the market had changed. Allison had done her homework and came in with an updated price. We agreed to a listing date and she began pre-marketing. Her marketing efforts really paid off as on the first day we had over 20 showings and 2 offers, she followed that up with two days of very busy open houses with more than 30 visits each day. She had stipulated that we would evaluate offers on Sunday after the open houses and fortunately for us we had several offers to evaluate. In the end, we were able to do a very smooth and flexible process that resulted in our home being sold for $12k above list price. Allison is very responsive, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and very professional. We feel very strongly about how wonderful Allison is and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of an awesome Real Estate Agent!
