Allan did an outstanding job helping and guiding me through the sale of the house. I am POA (power of attorney) for my uncle and had to sell his house. I feel that Allan went above and beyond to make this a successful transition. He was always there for me when I had a question or needed assistance - he was amazing!! Very knowledgeable about the business. I would recommend him for sure, he was that good.
