I had little knowledge of the home selling/buying process except the horror stories I heard from close friends and families. I have to say the process was worst than described and I hope I never have to sell/buy a home again. However, if I ever have to go through this again, my first call will be to Chuck to help us. He did a tremendous job assisting my wife and I through the home selling/buying process. In what was a very stressful situation, Chuck presented a voice of reason and calm we needed to make the best possible decisions. I am glad he was on our side.

Chuck did a great job when we bought our home in 2018

Chuck was very professional and friendly

Chuck was very professional and friendly. He always answered our text and call right away no matter what time it was. He was very flexible with our hours with showing us properties. Chuck's professionalism is outstanding, he was always on time to our appointments and he explained us so many things about the houses he showed us. This was the first time we bought a house and he was patient and clear throughout all the process, he even helped us to get in contact with the lenders for our Mortgage! He made all the showing appointments for us, checked and showed us the biggest and smallest details of the houses and I can't even imagine all the work he did behind the scenes. Almost every day I received an email with a list of houses he'd prepared for usand when we wanted to give an offer on any house he had it ready within minutes. I can't be more thankful
