I had little knowledge of the home selling/buying process except the horror stories I heard from close friends and families. I have to say the process was worst than described and I hope I never have to sell/buy a home again. However, if I ever have to go through this again, my first call will be to Chuck to help us. My best way to describe Chuck is he is a good listener his follow-up is outstanding answers calls and texts quickly and always kept me in the loop.
