Alissa and her team were fantastic to work with. Our search initially started a year ago but we needed to put it on pause and Alissa was very patient and supportive and never pressured us. We were purchasing in MA but live in NY so it was difficult for us to view properties in person. Alissa would preview the property for us and send us video walk thrus for us to review. She provided great guidance when we were making our offer, and we were ultimately successful. After getting under contract she helped us with the appraisal and gaining access to the property a few times prior to close.
