We were one of several offers on the home, and Alissa's expertly recommended we include a use and occupancy provision in our offer, which ended up being the deciding factor in our offer on our dream home being accepted! There are not enough stars to give Alissa on this review! If you are looking to buy or sell in the greater Newburyport area you should definitely hire her. We recently worked with Alissa where she was the listing agent on the property we bought and then hired her to sell our property. We have purchased and sold many properties and I can absolutely say Alissa far exceeds skill level in knowledge of the market, negotiation, sales strategy and client management. I am an attorney and attorneys are well known to be the most difficult clients. She handled me with ease and that is not easy to do (just ask my husband)! She is a hard worker and always handled our questions professionally and returned calls within minutes. She updated us continuously and her ability to generate multiple offers and guidance on which offer to accept was key. You would think given that she is the top broker in our area and the high volume of work she handles that she would have understandably had an assistant handle some of our work but it was her in constant contact, she handled all of our showings and open houses. I cannot recommend her as broker strongly enough! If you want to buy or sell in the greater Newburyport area, run don’t walk to hire her!
