We hired Alissa to sell our home in January, typically a slower real estate market. She offered suggestions on what we needed to do to sell the house and told us that if these things were done we would have a better chance of selling our property. We did as "instructed" and we received a full price offer three days after the property was listed. The purchasers were first time home buyers and she was clear with what we could expect during the process. Our home sold right on schedule. Alissa seems to have a good grasp on the real estate market and all that is involved in the process of selling/purchasing a home.

Alissa was really helpful in our discussion on buyer profiles, pricing of the property and staging it for sale, something I had not considered. Staging was extremely important in my opinion.
Alissa and her team were fantastic to work with. Our search initially started a year ago but we needed to put it on pause and Alissa was very patient and supportive and never pressured us. We were purchasing in MA but live in NY so it was difficult for us to view properties in person. Alissa would preview the property for us and send us video walk thrus for us to review. She provided great guidance when we were making our offer, and we were ultimately successful. After getting under contract she helped us with the appraisal and gaining access to the property a few times prior to close. Everything that we needed assistance with during the entire process, Alissa and team were there to help. They made it a very smooth experience.
