Being an out of state buyer I was not sure what to expect as far as service and communication. Alison helped out tremendously with communication between current owners, title escrow and myself. She went the extra mile hooked me up with a lockbox, sent me multiple additional pictures of the place. Verbally told me and sent pictures of anything that needed attention. She gave me contacts for service people and lenders, was extremely communitive the whole entire time. Alison responds to emails, texts, phone calls pretty much constantly even when she is away and evening. Very impressed!!! Alison deserves a 10 STAR

Alison made this whole experience everything I had hoped for in purchasing my first home. She had a feel for what I was looking for and was very raw and honest with me as a first time homebuyer (which I am so grateful for). She made sure we both had a clear understanding of what I needed and wanted in a home, and she provided me with information on where I should look to find things in my price range that still met those requirements. She responds extremely quickly when you contact her, and she gave me so much great information when I was house hunting, and when we were going through the buying process. She really went above and beyond when I had an issue several months after buying the home, and needed to contact the previous homeowners. She was just as fast and helpful as when we were working together, and got me the information I needed. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Alison to anyone, and will absolutely be coming to her in the future when it's time to buy or sell again.

Alison helped us sell our home and buy our new home. Alison helped us sell our house for the price we wanted and she sold it quick. She was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process and explained everything in detail. She worked around my husband's crazy work schedule which included phone calls and text messages at 11pm at night. She really made selling our house easy. During the buying process Alison was great! She has great negotiation skills and helped us get our dream home. Her honest opinion of the different properties we looked at really helped us in our decision. Alison is amazing at what she does and she makes the process of buying and selling a home less stressful.
