Alison sold my fathers house in San Diego after his passing away. She was a complete professional that was able handle the sale but also coordinated the estate sale and remodeling to make the house more profitable. We just bought our first house in Santee, and used Alison as our Realtor. Our good friends had recently purchased a home through her. She came highly recommended! The home we were looking for was very specific and difficult to find. We had to wait for it to materialize. When it did after three months, Alison made sure we got the house above four other buyers. Her reputation, and the fact that she had a prior (and positive) relationship with the seller’s agent made the biggest difference. Alison got all of our closing costs paid for by the sellers, and a $3,000 credit to repair some things. She was very responsive, and always available to answer questions. A few things came up during our escrow, and each time, she handled them quickly and easily. We really appreciated her keeping us calm and making the process low stress.
