We met Alina through a friend of ours who successfully purchased their dream home. My husband and I were also contemplating looking for a new home in anticipation of our growing family and so we reached out to Alina. She is warm and friendly and extremely good at her job. She is very reliable, proactive and on top of things. We worked with Alina to both sell our home and to buy a new one over the course of a year. In that year she saw our family grow and help us settle into a new life. I'm very happy with how both transactions went as a seller and as a buyer. Alina exceeded all our expectations when it came to selling our home. We were in a unique situation around how to market our home to both developers and residential buyers. She did the due diligence about our specific neighborhood, discussing with several realtors that had sold properties recently, and developed a thoughtful strategy that targeted both effectively. She worked within our limited budget handling all vendors even as we were out of state. To do so from a distance requires trust in a seasoned realtor who understands the market and most importantly us! We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend working with her.

Alina has helped me through 3 transactions to date, 2 purchases and the sale of my primary residence in the Marina.
