I actually worked with Alifonso's co-worker, Albert Barcelos. Albert was extremely patient as we looked at many properties. He is also knowledgeable of the entire process to purchase and did a great job explaining expectations and realities of what to expect. There were a couple times that I felt Albert took longer than I hoped to return my calls - but my sale took place over the Holidays so I have to give him a little leeway for that.
