My wife and I wanted to sell our home and buy a larger home, but we didn't want to rush into the 1st thing we had seen. So over a span of several months we'd get a realtor assigned to us from Zillow and have them show us houses. One of those times they assigned Alifonso to us and much to our surprise he was the perfect realtor for us. We asked him to see only 2 houses which he did and was extremely patient and didn't push any opinions on us at all. Then after being unimpressed by the 2 houses we asked him if he could show us another house, he immediately jumped on his phone and within 2 minutes we were off to see the house. We ended up falling in love with the house and wanted to make sure we got it. Alifonso helped us make a competitive offer and was quick to communicate back and forth with all parties during negotiations. When another buyer had matched our bid, Alifonso lowered his commission on the house we were purchasing so he can sweeten the deal for us. This act of selflessness says everything about the person he is. He also helped us sell our home which ended up being on the market for a whopping 12 hours before we had a cash offer for $100,000 more than we paid for the house originally. Any time we called Alifonso he picked up willing to answer questions and if he didn't know he always found out and got back to us ASAP. He helped us schedule home and pest inspections and facilitated communication between our loan officer, the seller/buyer, and the title company. Everything went so smoothly and due to the communication and HUSTLE that he had, we secured our new home and officially sold our old home within 30 days!
